These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Tensi mobile application ("the App"), developed and operated by Burak Öztırpan ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Tensi is a personal wellness application that finds correlations between health signals (such as HRV, sleep, resting heart rate and activity), calendar activity, recurring places, and weather — all processed on your device — to help you notice patterns in how you feel. Tensi includes a companion Apple Watch app and home/lock-screen widgets.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on any Apple device you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use, in accordance with the Apple App Store's usage rules.
You may not: (a) copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App itself; (b) reverse engineer or decompile the App, except as permitted by applicable law; (c) rent, lease, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the App; or (d) remove or obscure any proprietary notices in the App.
The App is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of a qualified physician or other healthcare provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you saw in the App.
Tensi offers an optional auto-renewing subscription, "Tensi Pro," available as a monthly or yearly plan, priced as shown in the App and on the App's product page at the time of purchase.
Tensi does not require account creation and does not collect or transmit your personal, health, calendar, or location data to us — see our Privacy Policy for full detail. Data used to compute correlations is stored locally on your device and, where relevant, shared only between your own devices via Apple's App Group mechanism (for the Watch app and widgets).
The App uses Apple's WeatherKit to retrieve weather data, and Apple's StoreKit to process subscription purchases. Both are first-party Apple services governed by Apple's own terms and privacy practices.
The App's design, source code, user interface, logo, and any original graphical assets are our property or used under license, and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not extract, reproduce, or redistribute these elements outside of normal use of the App.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of inaccuracies, or that any correlation or insight it surfaces is complete or medically meaningful.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the App.
If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that:
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Effective date" above. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it and, if subscribed, cancelling your subscription through your Apple ID settings.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to its conflict of law provisions, except where superseded by mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
